Acceptable risk at what price?

So is this still a wise investment at the right price? If one can get in at close to the bottom, is it a good investment? Or is it going to stay at this low for a year? Or worse, could they go belly up?

imo yes,i talked to them and they asked ME if i wanted to buy some of this financing......if left a doubt, TCF is not very good with money it seems like .....aaaand this is not good ....imo. when it went under 30 cents this was my red line. PS, i thought there was a hole time of 4 months ...more
