Smoke and Mirrors NDA
2023 I think 1 or 2 quarter they announced NDA with a 500 million dollar company about their assets in Bulgaria. I don't know if everyone remembers that? There was a lot of talk about it in all the forums at the time and all the so-called experts knew which 500 million dollar company it was. Now a year later, what about this magical Art Halleran annoucement? That was another share pump message that can now be filed as smoke and mirrors.

I hope they have a license in Bulgaria but as far as I understand form the recent posts and reports there is none. It was another lie they keep telling to us for a long time.
