No one cares what Quebec does. If they won't speak English we can never be a united country.

I think Quebec is more worried about it's residents speaking Arabic and Urdu than they are English. Unlike the rest of the country, Quebec wants to retain it's heritage.  Can't hate on them for that !

The overwhelming language they speak is money . Quebec Hydro is owned by the provicial government. Any money they need for capital is done though the Bond market . They , just like BC want everything to go electric so they can sell more of it .
