Noise or legitimate commotion ?
plx says they are dealing off their duve lands soon and crickets from ipo on their plans.
maybe red herring and the action here is just an educated bet.
Something going on over at hocl too but that one too rich for my blood.
Starting to have some fun in the patch now!

Cob- change of business Hocl- v.hocl highwood oil. A new oiler recently listed. very thinly traded. Have absolutely no way to value them until first public financials. pricey regardless. Dark hats- traders/ investors who work on alternate exchanges. The folks who always talk with the radio turned up loud and their hand in front of their face. Look up " dark pools" Not to be confused with ...more

Thanks for the definitions. I guess I am getting old - mot 'up' on all the stuff any more. I presume you are right about no material news - as insiders were buying couple days ago - CEO no less. Nice to see the interest - my acb is a smidge over 3.5 cents. I bought a decent chunk - obviously not enough. If they can demonstrate value of the Duvernay lands this stock is worth around 45 cents ...more

Hey partner, we're on the right side of the grass so that's all that matters. Old is for cheese. Anyway, I won't rule out a cob here but who knows. If you're an oil dude like me, that's maybe ok but I hope the company gets turned around in the patch. For some dd, consider this. say their original well in the duve cleaned up enough to warrant another stab.even in a bad equity ...more
