Looks like the soft sell of the the duvernay rights  to preferred parties did not produce results and now they have enlisted Sayer to try to market them. Duvernay is expensive and not a lot of jingle in the pockets of the patch. I am shocked as to how much land they accumulated for such a small entity. Problem with swinging for the fence is you might miss. They are doing technical reviews of the dud well. I wonder if everyone has the balls to double down and drill another?

Sayer was hired in march. Closing for bids is around when bank line determination is due. Everyone will want to lowball, of course,but there are some decent neighbors to bite.they might not want the whole blocks tho but if price is right.... Hard to know if the team is dejected or willing to give 'er another try. The boss still buying stock... sell some and jv on another? steep learning curve ...more
