With no NSR .. it seems Hinse got the speed for NSR , was it voted ?? Not familiar of how negotiated NSR works..

jtdouble, Fernand did not say that Hinse or family owned all the NSR's on ABI owned properties......just on Elder. As to the rest, don't know...maybe Fernand can help. It is ironic that ABI is further along in developing Elder and SGI than ever before, and yet Mcap doesn't reflect. If, if, we see any decent volume of SG ore being milled in '22, expect decent earnings, more capital ...more

Ty tannin , man this NSR right now clouding our minds .. Management should need to divulged any informationsregarding this matter.. I like the assets here just could not pull a trigger to add until we find a clarity in this issues: ie . when was purchased ..  how much the purchased price ..  the duration of NSR or the equivalent amount in monetary terms..  Would the owner ...more

Hi Tannin,JtDouble and others concerning NSR. You should go back a day and read what i posted on NSR. As far as i know Mr Hinse co own's only the 2 % NSR on Elder and that contract is good for the life of the mine and was acquired privately by Mr Hinse around year 2000. The beauty of the NSR is that it is calculated before all expenses. So if Elder produces 13500 oz x 2%= 270 oz for that year ...more
