R/S makes no difference. Situation is, we have great assets, particularly SG, possibly Elder, but not $$ to exploit..drilling reqd, old drill data digitized and analyzed etc. ......Imo, a share offer from gold company with deeper pockets would be a win/win. We have mill, tailings facilities, fully permitted, two 'operating' gold mines and more...that's a very nice asset package for the ...more
