Sorry I'm not an ABI shareholders but in a few weeks yes. at 311M of O/S with actual SP it's normal a rollback for ABI's shareholders. But for me PRO's shareholders a 0.57 for 1 and after that a rollback of 1 for 7 and after that probably a big PP at cheap price for a new big dilution it's illogical. In fact, PRO don't need ABI to create shareholder value. We have 133M O

ABI needs 20-30 millions to set SG in a way of delivering big cash flow I hope the next PP will be quite that big and not 1 or 1,5 million to begin theis real improvement work that RH never did  Once the next PP will be announced I suggest all of us ask to be a part of it. we here all know ABI is severely discounted  No matter if instead of 300 M shares at 0,1  we have 600 M 1$
