Please convince me that Pershimex 20-25% of Abcourt was worth it.
Yes Pershimex 5000t might be worth $1m - $2m.
But now that the $1m $2m is spent what will be left.
Abcourt has (Elder,Tagami)  Sleeping Giant with mill, Flordin, Discovery 
Aldernac, Barvue and many more properties.
How could Mr Hamelin see a good deal and not explain to Abcourt share holders why the deal was done and not have given the right to  Abcourt share holders  to vote in the decision.

This is why i still have dought on Mr Hamelin true motives.
and you should also have doughts on why the merger.
What had Abcourt shareholders to gain.

sorry Maybe i posted a day too early. Mr Hamelin's  deal with Quebec Pegmatite looks  good and will bring in some $$$. Maybe Pershimex (courville property) has value that i did not see. Fernand

I have a personal question. If you are invested that much in ABI as you say why are you not posing  these questions to the people in charge. Posting your doubts here is the dumbest thing you can do if your intention is not to scare away old and potential new investors. So I am not sure what your intentions are right now. But maybe you don't have any at all and are just an old (drunk?) man

Hi Malinita24 ,You are probably right on all your wrote. I am an old drunk man and it might be wise of my part to stop posting and expressing my oppinion and asking other shareholders for theirs. Fernand
