Another Good News

I can't see anything other than yesterday's press release as positive. That it means more dilution, not that much though, so be it. What must be noticed here is that the private placement is set at a price 50 percent higher than the previous private placement just a few months ago. The investors are willing to pay a higher price to participate. That must mean that Abcourt has a good investment opportunity to offer. That will be my interpretation anyway.

As far as I can judge, NQ Investissement Minier is a serious investment fund. Which also says something about the values Abcourt is in the process of building.

Here is some of what they write about themselves:

"Promote the mining potential of Nord-du-Qubec to increase increasing junior responsible mining exploration companies active in Nord-du-Qubec territory.
Increase overall investment in mining exploration in the Northern Quebec Territory.
Encourage good practice in sustainable development."

"We have a team of experienced geologists and professionals who are the custodians of our mining investment expertise. They play an important role in evaluating the investments made by the Fund, and their in-depth understanding of the mining industry ensures that every company and project we support is based on solid foundations, contributing to our continued success in developing the mining sector and mineral exploration."

Take a look for yourself at their website.

Have a nice weekend!

Very encouraging for Who. Abcourt is selling shares at a discount and warrants in 3 years at 0.08c . Yes we might have a new investor (mutual fund or private  fund but Abcourt is still diluting at a fast paste). Why  Fernand

Yes Mr Hamelin will look like a genious to new investors but will or should be considered like  a fool for diluting by all old investors. Fernand

I feel bad for posting such negative post on Mr Hamelin but i can not see any actions in the past and  present and future from Mtr Hamelin that has or will benifit any old shareholders. And why should i expect the future to be different. Dilutions after dilutions and i cannot see why the future will be different. Fernand

Yes as an old shareholder in the past  i had expectation of someday having shares worth 0.50c . But now my expectations are if Mr Hamelin (after diluting )  can deliver my shares price could be 0.10c  in a few years. That would be a small return on investment after 15 years. But Mr Hamelin will continue to receive +- $300-$400k a year and if he can't deliver he could get a full ...more

hI Fernand Having rose-colored glasses does not prevent me from having a clear vision and My Dear Fernand I can already tell you that there will be more dilution and if you calculate like me the need for an additional 25 million dollars a dilution of at least 30% assuming that the price is 6 cents like today. The only solution to reduce this dilution would be for Abcourt to obtain substantial ...more

Encouraging for whom you ask fbedard29. I think the answer to that is everyone who has an interest in Abcourt. I see it as recognition of the values Abcourt possesses, and the opportunities this company has to develop further for the good of all shareholders. And then you ask why. The simple answer to that is that the company needs money. And it's no secret that management has been actively ...more
