SEDAR posting

Went for a trip to SEDAR to see what is up with Aben. December 31, 2022. Cash $ 32,216. Accounts payable $ 28,150. No money now to even pay Jim and the A team. Looks like CCAA is coming knocking soon and then the NEX. For chuckles I went back to JP interview in Jan 2022 with Gerardo Get Real. Then along comes 2022 and the FOMC. I hope to hear from Jim when the final burial happens for Aben. It has been a very interesting education for me and lessons learned again the hard way.

Yep, no cash. My mistake was in valuing the properties of Forrest Kerr and Justin and thinking that the management would leverage them via JV or sell.    They did neither, and did more harm by acquiring two additional projects in the absence of funding.   Personally I believe the older properties have merit, but I understand if others don't think so.   Will they ...more
