(TSXV: AE) (OTCQB: AMEGF) ("American Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has excercised its option to repurchase a 20% interest in its NAK copper-gold porphyry project from Orecap Invest Corp (TSXV: OCI) (OTCQB: ORFDF) ("Orecap").
