SuperTrader,   12 months of  ( review ) and 12 months of construction, for production, this is normal for a restart, they are already doing refurbishing work  under the current licence at the mill site now but full bore after the approval of the upgraded licence.  man i was hoping that   (the deep dive guy) would ask him  just how long would the APPROVAL ...more
