RB Milstone AFA analysis

Here a first real analysis of AFA made by RB Milestone Groupe - Target is C$ 0.26. Beta C$ 0.46
https://www.afri-can.com/files/ssparagraph/f1609113315/ivr_july_11_3_2.pdf

In the analysis:

"At US$ 350/carat, a conservative estimate for rough diamond price in EPL 3403´s project area, we arrive at a fair value of C$ 0.26 per share. ...On the other hand at a price of US$ 450/carat the fair value per share is C$ 0.35."

Remember - "Diamons sold in the vincinity of EPL 3403 are currently sold at a price if US$ 450 /carat."

Then in these target prices only concession EPL 3403 is included. Non of any other consession such as Block J nor is any value included for the Haib copper mine project. As stated by management in their STO presentation a couple of month back value for Haib only is by management estimated to C$ 0.12/share.

Also quite interesting is thise quotes fron the analysis: " we belive Afri-Can offers a strong upside potential and very limited downside risk" as well as "Recent fund raising reduces funding risk to a great extent".

C$ 0.5 here we come...
