238,000,000 / 4 =  59,500,000 shares +  18,750,000 =   78,250,000  shares

18,75/78,25=   24 %  

Trinity will have 24 % of the shares (minimum)

dividend :   between 12 and 15 millions ?  Do you agree ? yes or no...

So  they will receive a dividend between  3 and 3.75 millions.  In July 2012.(ceo said that)
