Why would anyone sell

Even if we get a penny a quarter in div, it's near 4 percent. If all goes right we could see a ten percent div at a dollar share price. Crazy.

also has exploration upside, buyout potential and if tin continues to explode in price....

People sell for all kinds of personal reasons. They may have tired holding, needed money for something, wanted to reallocated, divorce, etc. When they see the news it is an opportunity to sell quantity into strength without hammering the price down.
