Bigger than I thought. Take the weekend to do your due diligence. Freeport would have to pay ~$1B CAN today just for the other 70% of this one property. Keep an eye on Freeport Mcmoran FCX stock as well.

Next week may show why they put this news out on a Friday. Regardless, time to research this weekend. FCX up 1.5% so far today.

If I was FCX I would slowly at first be picking up shares of ahr at different ranges...$0.50...$0.75....$1.00,,,,so on. If FCX does so, they will have to eventually declare and then the ral fun would begin. I believe that management would be happy if shares go into FCX hands. They may even have an understanding of a deal to come. FCX up 1.75% so far today.

Buddy, if FCX spends $110 mil on the property they own 70%. I believe they will hit this year. What am I missing?

Can you be more clear on what your question or concern is?

If they own 70% of the project why would they bother picking up shares?
Comment by seveneleven711 on Jan 17, 2025 11:40am
So that they could eventually own 100%. Even if FCX spends $110M they would own 70% only. The other 30% belongs to the shareholders of AHR, people like you and me. Please ask more questions.

They have 60%... need to spend a lot more for the last 10%
