1/2 million is a good sign....positive move

1/2 million dollars in proceed is appropriate for increasing 5% to the float ? What kind of math is that lol

Point is you don't raise funds when your stock is trading at .03 cents unless you are doing a favour for a  friend ?. Bring drilling results, maybe do some insider stock purchases, bring stock up in price a bit and then raise funds at .05 or .06. Raisin $500,000 by diluting your float 5 % looks quite suspicious to me, and not a nice thing to do to your shareholders IMO JMHO

Or they could get the capital at reasonable rates from their largest shareholder who owns 53% of the company. But not likely that will happen.
Comment by plimbo23 on Oct 19, 2023 12:28pm
could you share who that is Thanks
Comment by BigJake on Oct 19, 2023 12:41pm
Sure it is UEC. They inherited it when they bought out UEX
Comment by plimbo23 on Oct 19, 2023 2:55pm
just checked with Warren----- UEC would have to report their ownership  and that has not happened. so, just a rumor
Comment by BigJake on Oct 19, 2023 6:34pm
My bad it looks like UEX had 53% of the gibbons creek property
Comment by Johnvw on Oct 20, 2023 11:24am
even that statement is fals, they have 53% stake in the blacklake property wich lays adjacent to gibbons.
