This premise did not seem to work at all and not sure if it's right to say that we are out of seasonality and it sell time for this stock as not much volume was traded and not much news or activity happened during this period.

See six month chart and from Dec 20 to end of March we have been trading low volumes between .02 and .035 JMHO

Yeah, that chart means nothing to me, was supposed to have peaked in March, couldn't even break .03 ! What's more important is market sentiment and what they got cookin.
