Intesa Sanpaolo- TELL US WHY SH'S MAY HAVE BEEN MISLEAD?

Something must have happened? Why has Intesa Sanpaolo abandoned Marketwall?

Did Intesa Sanpaolo ever demand that AnalytixInsight stop overtly ‘promoting’ what appeared to be  a ‘field of dreams’ to what is now a complete ‘field of putrid, toxic garbage’?  Who in the hell is responsible?

This guy maybe?    Stefano Barrese, Intesa Sanpaolo’s Head of the Banca dei Territori Division: “The partnership with InvestoPro, the newly created Sim of our fintech subsidiary MarketWall, allows us to complete our digital offer by providing customers, especially those who wish to manage a part of their assets independently, a next-generation trading platform, equipped with the best information, training and trading tools.”

This guy maybe?    Marco Roscio Ricon, CEO of MarketWall and InvestoPro Sim: “Technology pervades our everyday life: digitalisation, social networks and artificial intelligence are now essential aspects in the creation of innovative products and services. With this in mind, we have created InvestoPro, the first FinTech Sim. A first step as part of a broader disruptive innovation process that will soon see the offer of payment services, social trading and much more.”

FACT: “As of February 2024, the InvestoPro platform had fewer than 1000 active users.”

Don’t shareholders have a right to be told the truth? Things change, however is there not a moral and legal obligation for a Board of Directors to ensure shareholders are told of changing circumstances?  Is the Board of Directors not responsible to hold the CEO to a high standard, including organizational performance?

Securities class actions are lawsuits brought against public companies by a group of their shareholders for losses incurred as a result of misrepresentations made.
