SEA could take AMK fairly cheaply right now-

They could pay 60 cents a share for AMK, which would represent a 100 premium over market price and only cost Seabridge $240 million.

Jimbo, you are missing one 0 in your equation. LOL I would go with one more 0  Seabridge would have no interest to buy AMK only. it would not provide them any advantage. Seabridge over the years NEVER dilute their share for any Acquisition. 775m US  is actually 38 million of shares  ( warrant) at their actual price in US. They have 63 million share total at this day. Hello Paydirtontario They would have no reason to do so . If they were really interested they would have done it 10 years ago at the time who AMK and Teuton were the only 2 in the adventure at 51% for AMK and 49 % for Teuton . I believe they were talking  at the time and a Magnetic survey done bi Seabridge on Treaty Creek land and who was never revealed by Seabridge to us for obvious reason ...more

Cobra- any idea when this magnetic survey was done? I simply can't get my head around them not buying TC years ago....TC was critical to their plans. I'd really like your thoughts (or anyone else's)
