I'd say 4% is a good day...but they'll take it down later. picture in your mind a cat with a rat between his claws. The cats full, but he's simply playing and pawing the rat...the cat has no interest other than being mildly amused by the rat...but loses interest. The rat has no useful purpose to be engaged.
