Stockmoves, Stating what we know about the Cunninghams, especially Cunningham Natural Resources (HNRC) which is PINK SHEET listed albeit a delinquent filer, is not bashing. Asking how much has been raised with Nugget Trap tokens nearly 3 monthly after th NONbinding eoi was announced (allegedly after a long negotiaion process accordin to the NR) is NOT bashing.  It is a very VALID question.

It's  got to be either or !!! Upsized or an outside bid yet to be disclosed is my guess here  how bad does Cunningham want this if a substantial bid / offer far outweighs their $209 million ?

ES sitting on 10x even with the low ball deal. So I think trying to figure out his support for take his gain to something else or hold out for more is a tricky thing to judge either way. Of course all IMHO as the bashers like to say....

ES agreement, I believe is that he must with management.  Check the PR to be sure, but if I'm remembering correctly that was a covenant within his acquisition deal.
