There is a bright side to this story / TUD has been on a liquidation sale for a long time and the opportunity to load the boat has been tremendous / The offer on AMk is just a wakeup call  / when a Cunningham deal came thru at 43cts from what most feel is a flaky offer and shareholders do not want to sell with a comparison price of over $2 on TUD vs 43 it suggests the obvious / load the boat
