I was thinking they must have it on a timer to release. Now  they are late ?!  Nothing here .. on CEO... AMK website... Cunninghham X page. Hmmm this a violation of the LOI ? They had one job

The LOI ends at 4:00 pm Vancouver time....so barely 15 minutes ago.....

Sorry, that should be the extended exclusivity period not the LOI....

I realize it is only 15 minutes. But that was the time "they" put on it to notify shareholders. I would think they would meet that obligation as spelled out.

My understanding is that they couldn't deal with anyone else up until that time, and Cunningham had up until that time to provide proof of financing.....it's going to potentially take a little longer to provide a release.....

JS the way I read it is that at "any" time a superior bid could be considered if "unsolicited" during these last two months. What it precludes is AMK reaching out to anyone else unitl 4pm today. Is that how you you understand as well? So if Cunningham did not meet their deadline could we guess that talks / details might have broken down and now AMK is reaching out to other

I think that may be a little dramatic yes....the only timetable that is in effect is that Cunningham had to provide proof of financing by 4:00....there is no deadline for them to release news other than tge usual exchange rules and if something is actually happening they have to get it hashed out before thay can release anything anyway.... If the L.O.I. expires I'm not sure that AMK is in a

Thank you JT. I guess I just find it strange that neither AMK or Cunningham had anything to say at that 4pm deadline one way or another know lots of eyeballs would be looking for it.
