Facts Matter.  ANd guess what?  SInce begining of August, AMK has traded only 6.5% (all exchanges combined) of its outstanding shares!!!!!!!!!   BTW, if the market expected AMK deal to close, it would be bid 42.5 cents for now.  That

Actually it is 154 millions   us . You have to count all share including the warrant and option that te management will have  , this will be around 488,000,000 share

Cobra, your numbers are correct.  BUt 9lives is sayin that CUnninghsam already bough up 30% of AMK.  THis is not based in fact, its based on rumpin and flumpin. Cunnihnghsam has not bought 30% Facts Matter.
