Tuo mkt cap just over $60 million!!!!!!  Thats like buyin AMK at 12 cents!!!!  PLUS you get the NSR on TC for FREE.............the NSR is the most valuable piece of TC...............its a cash cow........no CAPEX...........just pure cash flow...........PLUS you get all of TUOs other assets for free.


Given that AMK is only trading at 2/3s fo bid price, suppose that is not unexpected....................

Hey Barry, to enjoy the benefits of your NSR you have to keep your TUO shares for ever and hope that Dino will issue some dividend to the shareholders accordingly, unless he decides to do something else with the NSR cashflow ears after ears.

You get the NSR for FREE!!!!!! NSR is also a safety net for TUO............if TUD were to move through development themselves, TUO can monetize the NSR to fund their 20% of the capex............AMK and TUD will get diluted to the high heavans.  In fact, TUO could even borrow against the NSR.........its the GOLDEN GOOSE!!!

The NSR cash flow will begin only in 10 to 15 years when the mine will start to produce gold, it’s way too far for me, I want my money now and enjoy it, selling my AMK and reinvesting in something generating some steady revenue for my old days and less speculative.

Why sell now when in 2-3 months you will get .43 whether you want it or not. Then put your money in something else. I'm going to put most of my money in TUD because there's not that much else where my money will go up multiple times in the next 2 years.

Fordster thinks they can be in production in 2 years??????????? lol NSR is the MOST VALUABLE PART OF TC........................It is the easiest to monetize as well
