Hi, Larry.  I can surmise from your posts that you are obviously not long AMK, and I do not think you are short either.  So what is your motivation for focusing on this potentially-flawed takeover?  Just curious.

Garzi, meeting started an hour and forty minuts ago..............should be LONG over..... NO HALT.....at least not yet... NO TRADING...........a few thin bids from 30 to 32 and a lot of offers from 32.5 to 34 cents...............
