NMRB, from what i can gather, it appears: 1) NO closing date set yet, 2) Cunninghsam NOWHERE near having $210 million today, next week, next month, next year......etc 3)  AMK has been going along with delays on this for months now (the 1st one on aug 5), likely will go along, imho, for free of the crash down to a dime Bottom line???  NO 43 CENTS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.....
