I suppose anything is superior to a bid that is not funded from a bidder with no money. Afte all the rumpin and frumpin, Cunninghsam did not have $210 million.  They could NOT raise it from selling tokens.  ALso, they clearly could NOT access it from the TSA they had with GEM Digital for obvious reasons that have been posted many times before. rusty, there is no superior proposal.  its just a distraction as I predicted in recent weeks and days.... I know you are knee deep in this so I really hope it goes through.  But the reality is Cunninghsam does not have teh $210 million.  Never have.  imho they never will.  every delay, going back to the summer, has been because they do NOT have $210 million.
