Bullrunz, There is NO facility in place that allows Cunninghsam to draw $210 million today to buy AMK, or December 30th!  Or this coming Jan31! that is why DEAL HAS NOT CLOSED!!!   NO $210 milion!!! Fordy has given up the AMK "deal".  You told us it was a sure thing!  You were backin up the truck in the low 30s late last year!!  What happened Fordy?  Did reality set it? i hope you dont have many AMK shares cuz if you are a seller no way to get out with many shares without knocking AMK back to the mid teens or even lower.........imho....
