Looks like more shareholder dilution. We need cash, while not sell all that stocked piled ore form the TRIXIE mine. It is supposed to be hi-grade .

A big investor pays 20% + shareprice to step in. Instead of 30to40 lower than shareprice.This is very positive. Anyway we can buy for better price at 13.5 cents.Why steps he in. For sure not as he see no bargain. They see a chnace here. >

Rereading it.Ok 1.5 mio does not mean big.Its mr b itselve perhaps. Or some get or asked tp take part.At the end they paid more than usual. Imo.Anybody with more infos or idears than me? >

I like the fact that they did not have to do a brokered PP. Someone out there has faith in AOX. Maybe now we can get our 43-101 and the PEA as the latest filing indicated a severe shortage of cash on hand, which has now been rectified.
