change the management

I forwarded my info to Jimmy and I hope others will do the same.  Let's get 10% of the shares together and take it to the meeting to get this lame duck bobble head board of Sean yesmen out and someone with shareholder interest in mind running this thing... Sean has failed it's time to send him to the glue factory.

Also just forwarded my 1.9million shares(and have talked to others that will be doing the same), ATKs current managment needs to go, this thing can turn around but in order for that too happen we need different managment. Sean and his buddies are in it for themselves, they dont care about us shareholders. There are some very easy things we can fix out there that can increase our BOE. I ...more

I have also pledged my support to jimmygee and the Atikwa turnaround group.  My advice for shareholders who do not understand what is happening, would be to talk to jimmygee.  If you sit and do nothing about the current situation, it will only ensure the final nail in the coffin.  Kehoe and his cronies must be shown the door! I have pledged my shares in support of the 'turnaround group' as well. It is definitely a long shot, but Sean doesn't want anyone to know what he has done with the money this company had, there's only two ways to do that, either bankrupt the company or stay on as CEO. He's eventually going to do the first one because no one in their right mind would give him any money, and if ...more

What makes you believe that there is such a clause?  Did Jim tell you that?  I know you didn't read it, as the deal never was made public.  This whole WCOG thing is really suspicious, and I want nothing to do with it.  So, as you read this, know that I don't want you messaging me to contact.

Wow, sorry for suggesting you have a conversation with a guy before you completely discredit him. No I didn't read it, and Jim doesn't work for WCOG, he's a shareholder just like the rest of us, the only difference he decided to take some action to try and hold Kehoe accountable for the way he has managed this company. I don't need to go through the WCOG deal to realize that ...more

You do not have to be overly intelligent to realize that something has gone serious wrong with the funds within this company. We all know or should know the production numbers from the producing wells. More than enough production to offset expenses but for some reason there is a very long list of unpaid compainies. Why is this? Why is there no money left over yet our CEO is still able to pay ...more

Well said renoit7.

Jim has nothing to do with WCOG, but he has had discussions with Antler River Resources about getting those wells up and producing and they have pledged their shares to this effort. The WCOG deal might be dead, but that doesn't change the fact that Kehoe will continue to do nothing, except collect a paycheck of course.
