What can we still hope for?

There is currently no evidence to suggest that mining will resume in the medium term. We don't even know if the elevator has been repaired. Most directors have resigned and that does not bode well. It's a total mess, what can we still hope for?

You mean the elevator in the mine they lost as a property?

Yes, the new shaft was to be operational by mid-year, with its high-speed elevator to send 16 miners at a time very quickly. No operation is possible without that, but I guess it's the lack of funding that freezes everything. This mine had started to operate and had great potential. Hard to believe that no one would be interested anymore!

That's all water under the bridge. The mine in Colorado no longer belongs to AUN.  Maybe if silver prices were at $50 or $60 an ounce, AUN would still be in business.

In my opinion, Aurcana still owns the VR mine, but the receiver now has control and custody. I guess it must end in a settlement between the parties (AUN and Mercuria) or a court decision! It's unfortunate that we can't reach an agreement for a mine that had just started operating, which had therefore committed most of its investments, which should attract buyers in this period of sharp ...more
