Contacting Authorities Regarding Apparent Fraud

It seems apparent that anyone holding shares in this company (??) have lost hope in ever recovering their investment. I haven't lost hope, but I have lost patience with the apparent deceptive practices the company principals are engaged in. Next step, filing a formal complaint with the police.
