I have sat on the side knowing this was coming. The price of a stock usually drops after an offering. They need to get money to build their facility, and carry on with helium production. This has always been dependant on financing. They are still a while from actually making money. May be time to get back in I will see.

The money will come from those they choose to do business with! They have been in talks with SEVERAL suitors for months. I believe they have all their ducks lined up in a row and execution is a done deal. They have told us that in so many words but bashers won't give up trying to reverse the inevitable. I wouldn't waste your time wally. I've never seen one person go to a bullboard to constantly bash everything a company does.... unless they are shorting it. The problem is most shorters are sophisticated and not amateurish like gimebackmymoni, whiney girl was close, but I actually know many whiny girls who at least understand capital markets and aren't amateurs.
