Apparently the US removed their price control etc. over Helium on October 1st. Maybe the price is about to jump another 15X. MRIs and computers aren't about to disappear nor is the world shortage of supply.

My guess is they won't sell before more wells are drilled. Their team is on a "huge roll." Maybe some form of a financing to pay for future drilling in return for a % ownership or royalty based on final reserves. If Helium prices remain at this level or go even higher, then I can see offers coming in from existing Producers and large Funds. This REALLY could prove to be the discovery

I think they have a big investor will to invest in the company , they don't need the private placement .. I'm guessing for a percentage in the company... this could be big ...but not sure , no one is talking not even bruce ..I agree be nice to get some info ...

Just chatting with Bruce Campbell he has not heard from the company why ,but he believes they have something in the works... I think I'm going to pick up a couple more shares GO AVN GO !!

Rumour was that the PP was over subscribed, could be a larger one at a higher price. After the last well was very successful, maybe someone wants to buy this out at a premium because when they hit the next well, the premium will be much higher.  IMHO GLTA

A lot of disappointed people couldn't get a piece of that .90 cent pp. Some are being accommodated today. Hopefully not another one coming any time soon.

it wasn't full that was the problem, no one wants to buy shares at 90 cents when the stock is at 85 cents... lol but o well ... an people getting all nervise selling off there shares ...to bad .. they will need to find a way to get the financing, an until they do .. this is stalled... but if they find a way look out ... this will go back to 2 bucks..

Your right ,2 million is not a lot .. that why I'm guessing the big sell off today... but tomorrow is another day an let's hope the start by telling the investors what they plan on doing .. or it's going to be a long winter for this helium company lol ..
