So we're getting middled

Opposed to having an offtake agreement with the end user, we are selling to a wholesaler.
I'm sure that's the best option we have at the moment.
However, what does this agreement really do for us? Are we getting cash to buildout our production facility or what?

So you'd rather sell the helium to a mid user and then in turn,  have them sell the helium to the end user and take their own cut??  That makes alot of sense.  With the price of helium dropping down marginally over the past few months, the mid-tier users are trying to strong arm the explorers into accepting poor selling terms.  I believe that it was a good move on Avanti ...more

Well Auroa what do you think? That I and everyone else wants the worst deal possible? That makes alot of sense. Now let me see - if YOU have this all figured out and what the best deal would be going forward. I would surely hope the company's mgmt who's business is HELIUM and to whom all shareholder money is trusted would know that as well. Dont ya think.

I would rather have a mediocre off-take deal on part of the helium production in order to steady the stock and give the company some much needed revenue.   If things in the helium space for the producers start to improve, you can obtain a  better deal on the remainder of the production on that first well, along with any other future well you drill. They did mess up on timing for a ...more

I would prefer that managment handle it and not fetter away investor dollars on consultants that may or may not pay off. Its likely AVN have very little direct "employees" but I cringe when I see this type of spending. The good part (hopefully) is you can cut cord anytime, but i mean holly crapp you dont know how to best sell what your producing? He's been around the block - it ...more
