They are trapoed

The lower they price the PP, the lower the stock goes because everyone knows they have to come back for more money. If they go after debt financing they have to put up assets, the main one is the previously drilled hole, I'm not sure if they could find a buyer. Although different from XBC, the results may be the same, all the speculative money is gone from the market for now.
