Do you have a link that says the offering is filled. Would be nice if it is filled with current share ten percent below the offering price. However, the warrants are very generous, making the  offering  enticing.

No link sorry , got an email from Bruce Cambell... said it was fill an figures the company will wait till it is closed to say anything which is Oct 24th at the latest

For anyone that cares this is what i recieved from Bruce Cambell :Hello David,   I thought they had released what they raised, but I guess they didn't.  They wanted to raise $5,000,000 and raised $5,000,000.  They did a total of 7,575,758 units at 66c.  The last I heard was the issue is set to settle on October 24th.  I would imagine they make a press release out that

If the financing is filled and the over allotment  is filled, company  should be able to continue to drill.with  financing  not a problem. Also with a  warrant price of .80 the company  shouldn't  need a financing  for a while. However,lots of new  shares  let out.Need another good well drilled.
