Glad to see these bozos are accelerating their payouts now.  Hopefully we will get $1.20 back in the next few years.

Another special dividend coming?

They announced a special dividend at this time last year.  Hope we can get another nickel.  In 20 years, hopefully I will have gotten all my money out of this pos.

Net net current assets is $12,971,068  Marketcap as of Tues Jan 26 is about $10.86 million which is about a 19.4% discount. The last 4 quarters the company is down the hole $1,887,616.
