Here We Go 65 Cents???!!!

premarket this is why Eigen is pissed and really this is why people who held get upset at things like this! I know I said what I did but still pointing out why I fully agreed wiry him and to my point people playing games to get even cheaper shares from weak hands and everything I said about those who get the discount buy in pushing share values down why people at retail get upset. So you are supposedly looking at a floor of .68 low due to the first 10 percent unsecured round yet stupidly these on a milestone of heating starting drop from .80 to .62 then recover to .72 to .75 abs now second round you have a .72 floor and this has a premarket still below .68???!!! If the trading range is between .68 and .72 I get that but now people want to play the push down the value game to possibly force a conversion of shares at .68??? Is that the plan. I actually in this way as I said fully agree with Eigen But I still maintain what I did. The only people who first benefit are the ones who get these warrants and placements meaning they will be protected mostly but think of those who bought above these prices and now are in the red? This is why I will always say best to take monies on a run for reasons like this yeah it is annoying when stocks build momentum to be killed by placements and having to churn through all this. In truth the equity should be moving up in everyday not down. And when people see this yes they get pissed it is a shock to them. Sub .68 totally uncalled for just saying but for those who sold have monies to buy back they can and again it was not likely the retailers but those who are closer to the inside and this is how the So called game is always rigged and people angry. There should be management buying and holding the price up or people start to mistrust them and see that things are not done in good faith for those holding at retail. And while I have talked about bidding war as I also said the opposite of a cheap buyout can also be true and with prices in the short term not being favorable to retail what do you think people will think so I will not at all disagree with Eigen or put him on ignore which actually makes me question the one who said that what is your objective interest? Are you an insider playing all this game of manipulating prices down silencing those who question for the game to be played favorable to you? Bottom line like I said sub .68 is really a slap in retailers face. Sure people can say you could have sold and rebought but we don't and are not privy to the same knowledge that insiders are. Folks when something is 20 or more percent up on a run take the money out 9/10 the price will crash. Now I have said I am holding and I will. I said I will possibly buy if I can. But that is not the principle here the principle is things being done in good faith and those trying to push this below .68 is not at all that. Like .62 whoever was able to get it got a fantastic deal and anything less than .68 will not last long. In any case one can't depend on any to see ones own profit or loss as people no matter what type of advantage they get will still seek to have more and that is why stocks in my opinion is not only highly rigged against retailers but dirty business with all those manipulating shares you have to protect yourself and the easiest way to do this again take profits while they are there strategically trade. Like I said there is way too much constant downward pressure here I will not see this reaching a buck for the duration of the testing I will honestly be shocked. When the insiders take as much shares from retail hand as the can maybe around September this will be at a dollar price and who knows if there will be any low buyout offer. Again it is all about good faith when people can take advantage of and benefit in the near term at others expense you question things. Anyways I will be looking possibly to add if not I will not lift a single share and any possible future buyout offer less than $40/share I will reject. Time to put this one away nothing to see here or get excited about when the shares will clearly be stiffled.

Blitzer when people have a hold period they want cheap shares so they will find ways to shake them out of peoples hands but no I did not mean at all they are converting the shares right now I know about the hold period.Tell me something don’t you find it odd that the shares reach .80 and they first drop below .70 and then get to mid .70 then low .70 with downward pressure to .60s again despite the ...more

Scarlet, I find your posts amusing, long but amusing. There is no one manipulating the stock no one is holding it down because of the debenture issue. This is more a product of very low trading volume than any manipulation.  I thought we should be trading higher by now but I don't think we will have to wait until the fall, this thing will move up again as soon as we get a positive ...more

OK so if this was not being manipulated hit .80 why has it fallen back? There was the start to heating and very positive tweets that were from the company! Don't know why the pull back and that too when oil production in Canada is looking to expand to supply Europe. The stock should be going up not down don't you think?

Change the chart to OHLC then observe how often gaps are closed. I read here that 89% of gaps are closed sooner or later. Circle all gaps. Dave at Bare Oak, Ontario
