Congratulations again ... total of C$5.9 million in 2 days

I can't help but wonder what the Aurora series A funders are thinking about this pivot to a AXE CTI + Aurora H2 system new project?   C$5.9mm, while chump change to the Series A, its still an Alberta and Canadian (STDC) gift.

Since this collaboration project will consume time away from the initial Aurora plan/pitch to series A, is this pivot now an (non-dilutive) uplift to their original plans?

Not that its a surprise since AXE was their radar since last September, but I am guessing Aurora may have had to seek their permission or blessings in some form on the pivot.

I also interpret the collaboration project, budgeted @ C$5.5 mm, to be fully funded, therefore low risk moving forward. Then why some have baled on the open of trading today on such great news?

So much to like about this NR

Integration of Acceleware’s CTI with Aurora’s pyrolysis reactor includes developing an RF energy delivery system, adapting and optimizing the reactor for RF, and scale-up to 200 kilograms per day production during the project timeline.

The intent of the project is to uncover even greater efficiency that might be realized over Aurora’s proven microwave-based reactor due to the extremely high energy conversion efficiency of the CTI and its ability to quickly and cost effectively scale up to 10 MW power levels.

to validate methods to scale to 2 tonnes per day and then to 20 tonnes per day H2 systems.

Non dilutive to the Aurora Series A and AXE shareholders

This ‘made in Alberta’ project

I was curious what the Aurora/AXE collaboration aiming at : 20 tonnes per day H2? 10MW power levels ? might mean, or equivalent to, for comparision / knowledge sake. So   7,300 tonnes H2/year  =  20 tonnes H2/d x 365 days For reference SU, one of several Alberta upgraders, talk 300,000 tonnes / year H2 for their own demand. Google grabbed for me in this article a Shell ...more
