I called the office and got an answer !
People are worried with the 16:1 reverse split. I was too, prior talking with Mr McDonald, but not after ! The junior mining industry is so tough that going with Terranuava is a blessing for Axe's shareholder.
The cannabis industry is much more complicated than we think, but Terranueva is well managed by top gun guys with proven track records. I personnally met those guys 6 weeks ago and I was really impressed with their background and their future game plan.
The transaction has to be approved by Axe's shareholder on November, 23th.
In the mean time, I will ask Mr McDonald to give us maximum informations to be able to take the right decision.

Lmao.... atika.... seriously? Who the heck do you think you are fooling here? No one in their right mind will vote in favour of this deal. They are asking investors to basically wipe out their entire ownership and share value. Not going to happen.
