Tsx must be vetting this through with fine comb. If that's the case then this is a significant one or else tsx wouldn't be taking so long to do release.

Whatever it is, it's bigger than the MOU news of a few days ago; that wasn't deemed "enough" to require a Halt, which rather suprised me. That much money with that many "moving parts" to the deal... and no Halt then but a Halt now......hmmmmm......
