  I would hate for the company to have to restate all of their financials dating back to when these alledged hidden warrants that were issued and not disclosed on the company's financials. Patricia, the company does not have to issue the warrant Unless they are exercised..  Lets say, you being a Rep for  LARGE iNSTITUTION and your holding 15 million warrants that are not exercised and you know there not going to-be at all.  Lets say, Patricia, also hhas 15m shares bought on a PP so you have 30m potential to own.. 100% incorrect^^^^^^^^^^^. Warrants are ISSUED than exercised just like EVERY other company.  Stop making stuff up when yuo dont understand something Traps. Its exhausting for the rest of us and strains your credability to the point where nobody even reads yuo posts.
