I hate it when I quickly read things and get it wrong like all these "investment bros"; they are NOT fully closed on these PP's. AS such, I am assuming nothign changes tomororw from a market dynamics viewpoint.

Todays price makes more sense given the trouble closing this PP for Epworth: telling.
