Only word to describe this news. On the one hand, I wonder why BHP wouldn't just buy it all, but on the other I understand their strategy to buy tickets for 100 lotteries to better the odds of winning the powerball. I've been following this one for I don't know how long. At least 10 years. And there have been a parade of 'the big boys' getting involved. Maybe this time there is enough bank to prove something up.
