Arrangement with Playtech which looks to be an excellent move to further grow the company. I am bad with getting links etc over here but that news was issued about 1 hour have a look for yourselves because i dont want to post inaccurately over here. Maybe someone "pressrelease" hint hint will post the news on the boards.

Correction the news was posted 2 hours ago it is in SH news i saw it while looking at prices on my trading account.

Its a pretty good deal for shareholders - no dilution, at least not right now.  The first part is a revenue sharing deal, Playtech gives 4MM in marketing and is reimburesed through revenue. the second part is debt financing at 8% due in a year. Much better than doing a deal down here.  Lets hope they can get this thing up before doing a dilutive financing next year. Doesnt look like a

there may be no dilution, but clearly they are not EBITDA positive. or even cashflow positive.  Financially speaking to you want this stock or a NDVA?  Tough call, maybe cannabis has an overhang... butmany ofthose companiew a closer to moving the needle with F/S.

Ebidta positive, cash flow positive in their first year?  Would be nice but you never have got this stock even at its rto price.  its a growth industry that will be ripe for cnsolidation, thats why you buy this thing - not to mention its cheap as hell

I fully agree and why if one is just holding long term not trading to just keep holding possibly add because it is too cheap and will consolidate at higher prices. The sub .05 have been wiped out fair to think although anything is possible. O suspect the sub .10 is going to fall extremely soon like i said no reason for it to be less than .1165 and this news isnt actually detrimental to it at all

I one hundred percent agree. People are looking at this wrong as to my opinion and in agreement with you..the company is confident it will grow so partly due to this and probably also partly due to most likely running out of money it did what it did not to mention the first part as you said is the best part..the company should be able to to generate enough revenue to profit share. I dont think
