Management creditability at stake
Management bring NCIB and buy some 55K shares in June & 230K in July and then abruptly stopped. Management can buy arond 4M shares and has cash to buy. As per 22Q1 Financial report company has bought GIC for $1M at 0.65% annual interest rate. Is this the way management want to use cash?
Does management think its shares are price adequetly at 22c (Bid on Sept 21, at 1.35 is fro 20.5c only)?

bet the insiders are slowly accumulating shares, and the company sells shares to pay the 10 employees... thats my bet, and am sticking to it

Any insider's buying will b reported & there is no reporting. I don't know what you mean by " company sells shares to pay the 10 employees" Most of the existing share holders are in holding mode. Very thin trading

17 Employees No dilution to pay employees, not sure where you would get this idea from. And insiders may be buying but they and the material holders (+10%) would need to disclose any transactions. BEW in a blackout period ahead of earnings in Mid-November. Things look good..

By the Way, CEO told me at 2020 AGM that company has only 11 employees. If company has 17 employees now, that is 50% + increase
